It’s been a busy week since MACNA wrapped up but we’ve managed to deliver a daily video on the best things we saw in New Orleans this year. This third installment of the MACNA video tour includes some savory aquarium tech, a lot of which you all have been asking for, and about.
We kick it off with the Red Sea Reefer Peninsula which made its first appearance in North America, Nyos finally has FDA approval to bring in their wildly popular line of aquarium foods, and the news you’ve all been waiting for from Step Ahead Innovations about the MindStream monitor. Right along those same lines the video includes a detailed look at two more very exciting alkalinity monitors from Pacific Sun and GHL.
As I was wrapping up the video interviews at the show I really went out of my way to feature some companies that rarely make it in the spotlight. Macro Aqua and HM Electronics came all this way from Taiwan to show off their wares, and I finally got to meet the man behind the famous ARID reactor by Pax Bellum.
Thanks to everyone for watching, the comments and questions are very good and constructive and it’s fueling me with the extra energy I need to wrap up the MACNA video with one more video for tomorrow. If you haven’t seen them already, here is part 1 and part 2 of the MACNA video tour, and be sure to check back in tomorrow for one last look back at this important annual reef show.
