There’s no telling where in the world you might encounter a fantastic reef tank, and this was never more true than on our trip to Dubai earlier this year. We drove an hour through the desert to Abu Dhabi to visit the home of Faisal Ali and were greeted by a reef tank that is the epitome of success.
This tank is full of corals, aquascaped in a beautiful arrangement, with a great fish population swimming around. The equipment above and below it is a work of art in itself, and it will definitely serve as inspiration for more than a few of you, ourselves included.
The kicker of this reef tank is that Faisal has only been reefing for a little over one year, but somehow researched and executed everything like a dog gone pro.
