If you’ve ever tried to target feed corals or other inverts with a regular old turkey baster, then you know how difficult it can be to gently squeeze out a small portion onto your targeted organism. It may be a simple accessory but for some habitual target feeders, dosing a load of Arcti-Pods to our Balanos has never been easier with the new Coral Feeder from H2O Life. The Coral Feeder is about as long as a standard turkey baster but it has a much smaller cylinder and a much smaller squirt opening. Also, whereas a turkey baster usually includes measurements in 1 oz increments, the 1 ml increments of the Coral Feeder will also make it easier for the target feeder to more closely estimate how much food is being delivered. The feeder also includes a small reserve bubble at the top of the delivery cylinder which acts as a reservoir and prevents food from making it up into the squeeze bulb where it can be forgotten about and left to get really stinky. At less than $10 retail, the Coral Feeder belongs in the toolbox of every serious coral reefer. If nothing else, the $10 is well spent to avoid ever having to get nagged for using kitchenware with aquarium food.
Coral Feeder from H2O Life is not for basting turkeys
