So have you ever wondered what the process of getting your Live Aquaria package is? Who packs the package? How did they fish arrive in the plastic bags? We recently got to see a hands on view of the entire process and it begins with what you expect. The fish are stored in a similar manner with what you would find at a local fish store. The fish are then picked for shipment according to the order and placed in large plastic shipping bags. The bags are triple bagged for protection when shipping and place into a styrofoam box that will ensure the temperature of the water will be controlled in the best possible way for shipping. Additional hot/cold packs are added depending on the weather. When this package was shipped cold packs were used and this shipment was being sent out to Texas.
