This interesting video shows Clione Sea Angels dancing about in a kreisel. We covered a special aquarium in the past to house these unique sea creatures that are actually a mollusk that live in the Arctic Ocean. Sea Angels, also known as Pteropods, can even be found in the English Channel and just last week we saw an amazing picture by Alexander Semenov of a Pteropod in a hunting posture. In case you’re interested in gathering a few of these up, they do require colder temps (around 5° C) and are delicate so they need special care. It appears these Clione limacina were shot at the Sea Symphony Hall at the Academy of Shimonoseki Marine Science Institute, Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. Warning! You may want to turn down your speakers…the music choice is pretty awful!
