Forget about that twin needle wheel Aeraqua skimmer from Maxspect because their new fragging accessories are like nothing we’ve seen before in the aquarium market. While other companies are content to concoct mere grenades of super glue Maxspect has gone ahead and made a GUN for viscous cyanoacrylate also known as super glue.
The Maxspect Glue Gun is designed to chamber a single round of super glue gel cartridge, which will be available in two separate calibers depending on how much glue you need to shoot. But with the new Maxspect handsaw you’re going to be hacking corals in no time, especially the large, thick and big boned colonies that need a little extra oomph to cut through.
In all seriousness though, the new Maxspect Glue Gun and Handsaw are not the most mass market products for general aquarium use. However they will be very appealing to heavy duty reefers and power fraggers who burn through one ounce tubes of super glue and occasionally need to make a cut, especially in-tank, where you can’t practically remove the coral for more basic power tools.
