Evie met up with Cris Capp at the Reef Builders Studio and they put together a cool video examining the coral growth in one of the Studio’s peninsula display tanks. Cris owns a store called Aquatic Art and he and Evie went left to right through the tank on both sides, evaluating what was doing well and what was doing not so well due to being stung, overgrown, or shaded out.
Cris also put some corals on the watch list, i.e., they could grow into and touch each other within the next few months and make a few cuttings to the acro colonies while there. It’s great to see Jake’s corals still alive, well, and growing, and with Jack, Cris, and Evie all keeping an eye on them they’re in good hands.
