Red Sea’s C Skim protein skimmer priced for launch, release date

The newest protein skimmer to go under the Red Sea Max 250 is Red Sea’s C-Skim protein skimmer. You’ll remember it was boasting features such as integral neck washing system, FoamViewâ„¢ skim adjustment window, 450 lph (120 gph) air injection to name a few. Any aquarist wanting to pick one of these up for his tank is going to spend $350 for one of these guys. Dealers won’t get these in stock for at least another month, so plan an October coming out party. Some of us are debating that the “C” stands for clean, but we really have no idea if that’s true or not. Regardless, we want to see one of these in action.
