The GHL Mitras LED has some super cool features going for it, like wireless control, built-in controller, 7 to 8 different LED colors, active heatsinking and now we also have a clue of what it will look like. The white candy coated shell of the profilux pictured above is an attractive housing which will also come in a silver and a black, pictured after the break.
We’ve also learned that the GHL Mitras LED will have onboard graphical displays which can be exported to a PC, and reflectors of some form will help collimate the LED light down towards the tank. It’s hard to tell how big the GHL Mitras LED actually is, if it is kinda chunky and really long, or if what we’re seeing is the skiny end of a narrow LED light. But one thing’s for sure, GHL is keeping a tight lid on their Mitras LED light until INterZoo where we will be certain to get a good first look at it.
