If you’re a fan of the show ‘How It’s Made’ and you like the solid machined construction of the JBJ Unibody LED then you are going to love this short clip showing how the Unibody LED is made. Starting with a solid slab of aluminium, the JBJ Unibody goes through a machining process on both the top and bottom to transform the malleable element into a rugged combination heatsink and lighting fixture housing. You gotta love the innovation in simplicity in the design of the JBJ Unibody not to mention the skilled labor jobs provided to operators of JBJ’s CNC machines.

It’s funny the first thing you mention is the show “How It’s Made,” because when I saw the title of this topic I thought of that show and my friend’s business was on there (Wilson Manifolds, custom automobile/racing manifolds) showing the big CNC machines, routers, mills, etc they use to make the manifolds out of aluminum.
