Neptune AFS Automatic Feeding System is the hobby’s first controllable fish feeder

By on Aug 31, 2013

Neptune System is on a hot streak with yet another new product release, the AFS Automatic Feeding System which is, as far as we know, the first controllable aquarium fish feeder for home tanks. Coming in at a very affordable $99 when it launches, the Neptune AFS is a fish feeder with a very modern design which extends the entire food hopper away from the body to feed, pulling the assembly back in to lock out moisture. The floor model of the Neptune AFS is hardwired but there will be a USB port on that face for the serial AquaBus that makes the Apex system so versatile. Now not only can you monitor and control the parameters of your home reef tank but if you’re in the mood, with the Neptune AFS you can feed your fish from a distance with the push of a button.
