Zoomed, manufactures of reptile products has released Coral Sun T5 lights in either 10k or actinic 420 colors. Apparently Zoomed thought it wise to come out with the T5 lamps after realizing T8 and T12 lamps would be going the way of the dodo bird. The two types of lights are ideal for marine or reef aquariums and as usual the T5 generate less heat then Metal Halide lamps. Interesting note: these lamp bulbs are made in Germany and should be priced in the $20 range.
