We’ve had a parade of great reef aquarium shows in America and we’re gearing up for the last big one of the year. This weekend in Anaheim California will be the last big reefing conference of 2017, Reefapalooza which is expanding to its biggest venue ever.
The old familiar Costa Mesa fairgrounds are history and this year we’ll be treated to a much more polished production at the Hilton Hotel in Anaheim. As usual you can expect a vast spread of exhibitors with over 100 booths, thousands of coral frags and all the revelry that comes from the California reef aquarium scene.

This year will have the biggest offering of exciting raffle prizes and four of the country’s most prolific aquarium speakers including Sanjay Joshi, Julian Sprung, Bob Fenner, and yours truly, Jake Adams. This has been a banner year for great reef aquarium shows and the more I go to these events, the more excited I become about the hobby, and my own reef tank in particular.
Whether you’ve never been or if you go every year, you definitely won’t want to miss one last big reef aquarium conference where we can all get together and enjoy this great hobby of ours.
