Fiji Pukani Rock Returns

  1. Good to see Pukani back in circulation. I built my last scape almost entirely out of it and all those nooks and crannies made it easy to build bridges and shelves with acrylic rods and epoxy instead of drilling through the rock. The one thing I learned the hard way is exactly what you describe in the curing section: even after a thorough rinse and two weeks in a trash can with flow and daily water changes, phosphates still crept up once the rock went into the display. Running GFO for the first month kept it in check, so I would plan for that if you are adding Pukani to an established system rather than a fresh build. Has anyone tried the new rubble size yet? Curious whether it packs too tight to keep good flow through a cryptic zone.
