We get excited about the products we see at shows like Interzoo but more often than not, it is a while before we start seeing many of these products in the marketplace. With that said the new Tunze Comline DOC 9001 protein skimmer is set to be available here in the US any day now.
As the smallest Tunze Comline DOC skimmer, the 9001 measures in at 4.3 x 2.5 x 8.5 in. and is rated for tanks from 20 to 140 liters (5.3 to 37 US gal.). Another nice feature is its simply a plug-and-skim device without complicated setup but will deliver superb results. Even better news? The new Tunze DOC 9001 has an MSRP of $115.66.
