New Bubble King Mini 200 from Royal Exclusiv is here to light you up

By on May 03, 2012

The Bubble King Mini 200 has been a very popular model and size of skimmer from Royal Exclusiv for several years now, but how do you make its eye-catching design even more stand out and attention grabbing? Why give some built-in ground effects with a ring of waterproof blue LEDs to light up that super dense head of foam. Like the new Nano Dreamboxes, Klaus has taken a liking to blinging his Bubble King skimmers with blue LEDs but that’s not all that’s changed in the new Bubble King Mini 200.

The Bubble King Mini 200 aka BK Mini 200 is also rocking a redesigned diffuser plate and an adjustable Red Dragon 3 speedy. The bubble plate on the BK Mini 200 is modified to accomodate the ring of blue LEDs and it has an opaque collar to help diffuse the light. In addition to looking way cool, the ring of blue LEDs should actually help to visualize how much foam that RD3 Speedy actually produces.

Speaking of which, when paired up to the body of the Bubble King Mini 200 the RD3 Speedy pulls approximately 300 to 1600 liters of air per hour, and it does so silently. The Red Dragon 3 Speedy sits right inside the diffuser plate of the BK Mini 200 giving it a minute footprint, and making the Bubble King Mini 200 one of the most feature rich skimmers on a small package.

It may not be self adjustable like Tunze’s new DOC 9415 and 9430 skimmers but what other skimmer has built in El E Deez? It’s a toss up though, is it cooler than a shark with laser beams?

As cool as that skimmer looks (and I’m sure it performs well too), I’m more interested in the CNC lathe behind it :)

those LEDs will look sweet once the cup is full of skimmate and the skimmer column is coated with scum and salt creep.

So now you need two plugs for your skimmer?

Seems about as useful as throwing a spoiler on the back of a BMW3 series.
